Shop Policies


We ship items from our online store anywhere in the United States. Our goal is to process and ship orders within five business days. When you shop with us online, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email, as well as a tracking number when your order ships. Backordered items will ship when they become available.

Local delivery in Memphis, TN is available. Please contact us with special requests.


Please inspect all items upon arrival and contact us immediately with any concerns. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we are happy to accept returns for unused items postmarked within 14 business days of receipt of your package. After 14 business days and up to 30 days from receipt of your package, returns will be processed in exchange for store credit. After the 30-day period, all sales are final.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, tracking, and insurance. Products must be in their original packaging with tags attached and in the same condition they were received. Items that have been used, worn, altered, damaged, or washed will not be accepted. Please include a packing slip or order information with your return. 

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process.


If you are local to the Memphis area and wish to try an item in your home before purchasing, we allow a 48-hour approval window. Please contact us to arrange.
